Our little ones had a blast sliding down the "big green slide" and swinging on the "funny monkey bars". It was a great spot for them to burn off some energy after a day of exploring London. Plus, the playground was conveniently located within the hotel grounds, so we didn't have to venture far.
My children wanted a larger variety of playground equipment.

The hotel is conveniently located near a train station, providing easy access to the city center of London. Guests also have the option to walk to a nearby tube stop, making transportation hassle, free. the rooms are clean and well, equipped, with facilities such as a mini, fridge and tea kettle. the host is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.
It is disappointing that the spa bath was not functional during my visit.

I had a wonderful stay at a centrally located hotel. It was situated in a quiet area, yet close to the train station and the city center. The room was cozy and clean, with a fridge and kettle provided. The hostess was friendly and welcoming, even offering cookies, candies, and coffee upon arrival. it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.
That the entrance of the hotel was a bit narrow and the stairs were slippery.

I had a bit of a mishap with the pass code for the keys lock, but the hostess, Lyssiemay, was extremely helpful. She immediately came to my assistance when I couldn't get into the apartment and even provided her own cell phone for me to use. She was a really nice lady and made me feel welcome with cookies, candies, and coffee. Despite the initial hiccup, I really appreciated her kindness and hospitality.

The room was really nice and extra clean. the curtains were lined so that when you closed them it was really dark, and the window was open for ventilation but the heating was on to make the room welcoming. the bed was extra comfy and the duvet was thick and warm. the bathroom had plenty of products and was extra cosy.
My only discomfort was the mattress. I prefer a soft one, while the rest of the world loves the firmer side.

The hostess was an absolute gem, giving us a warm welcome with delicious cookies, candies, and coffee. The place was impeccably clean, with a delightful aroma throughout. Our room offered a stunning view of the city skyline, including the Shard. Lyssiemay, the host, was incredibly kind and always available for any requests. We appreciated the easy self check-in/check-out process. Despite not being centrally located, the bus and tube connections were convenient. Highly recommended for the price!

I recently stayed at a great hotel in London with clean and affordable rooms. The room I stayed in was well-maintained and had a mini-fridge and tea kettle. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby and a short walk to the tube station. The best part was the friendly and accommodating host, Lyssiemay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was having a wider variety of options.
